Family Maths Workshops

 “All children had a wonderful time and many parents reported that children went home and spoke about their day in great detail. On speaking to the children, they told me they had “so much fun” doing their activities. Children understood that maths is not just about working out numbers on a page but can be engaging and is in the World around us everywhere. Parents who attended the workshop have fed back that they couldn’t believe how they were looking at the outside World differently on their drive home.”

The questions were pitched to cover a range of levels so that all children could experience success.  They were given the opportunity to explore a range of skills including teamwork, reading and interpretting information presented in a range of forms and to solving problems.
